TERMS & CONDITIONS


  • Before placing an order, please inquire if the product you are interested in is still available. Our order forms will only be sent to the customer once he/she is 100% sure of purchasing. Strictly NO CANCELLATIONS after submitting the order form or securing your order with the customer’s personal details. This is for all types of orders: ONHAND ORDERS, PRE-ORDERS, PASABUY ORDERS.

  • Buyer must fill up the order form truthfully and accurately. Unable to provide all necessary information (e.g. name, contact number, etc.) will not be counted as an order.

  • For GCash or Maya payments, we accept a 50% downpayment as soon as you order or a day before your delivery at most. The remaining 50%, whether GCash, Maya, or COD, should be given on the day of delivery, right before you receive the order. Full payments as soon as you order are also suggested.

  • For COD through deliveries, we will be the one who will book the rider and he/she will pay first for your order. Please take note that there is an extra charge for handling COD deliveries. Upon receiving, the customer should repay the rider with their total amount + delivery fee. We also highly encourage you to tip your riders.

  • On the day of a meet-up, failure to show up due to reasonable circumstances can still be given a chance to have it delivered to them on a separate day instead.

  • No-show and unresponsive on a meet-up or delivery and failure to pay the remaining balance will automatically make you into a JOY RESERVER or BOGUS BUYER. This will be posted on our shop's page.

  • For PASABUY and PRE-ORDERS, the customer's preferred color / type / size could be unavailable by the time we purchase the products in-store. In this case, expect to receive a message from us asking if you would like to change your order specifications or cancel the UNAVAILABLE PRODUCT ONLY.

  • Please be PATIENT. Unless stated as onhand, all items are bought in-store and are delivered directly from HK in batches. ETA may also vary especially during peak seasons. Updates on your order’s shipment will be posted in our shop’s masterlist.

  • With the current situation, prices posted may adjust without prior notice. Please DM us first to confirm the latest price of the product/s you wish to buy.
